I have this odd issue. I recently upgraded the server from 7.0.4 to 8.5.2 and was hoping that the issue would resolve itself.
I have one user who receives email from a specific sender at least once a day if not more frequently. Unlike other senders, the messages received by this specific sender sit in the mail.box on the server for a period of time until they're eventually routed to the recipient's server. If I see them, I will manually route them. However, I don't want to s be doing this all the time. I can't figure out what is different about these messages.
We have two servers that handing inbound/outbound smtp mail. The messages that get stuck are on the "main" server. The recipient has mail on one of our 6 other servers (no cluster involved). No other mail is being delayed in routing to his mail server or any of the other mail servers.
Ideas?
